Juneteenth

19.6  2020

On Friday June 19th, Bandcamp will donate 100% of their share of sales to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, an organisation that has a long history of effectively enacting racial justice and change through litigation, advocacy, and public education in the US.

Erased Tapes and its artists, as a collective, will be joining them and stand with those rightfully demanding justice, equality, and change, by donating 100% of profits from Bandcamp sales on that day to the Discrimination Law Association — a UK charity committed to improving equality law, practice, education and advice for those who face discrimination.

For the previous Bandcamp Friday campaign, we donated to the AACM (Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians) in Chicago and New York, a non-profit arts organisation and musicians association that nurtures the development of creative musicians and composers, actively supporting black communities and more diversity in contemporary music.
